Default tamk upgrade advice.

i am looking to upgrade my 125 gallon to a 220 gallon. i want a predrilled tank so i dont have to deal with the hassle of an external overflow. i was wondering if this is a good setup with the 2 corner overflows. it only circulates 700 gph which i thought was fairly low. and was wondering if anyone had experience and could let me know how noisy these overflows are. i want a relatively quiet one since the current one i have is super noisy haha.
thanks any advice is greatly appreciated.
also i currently hav a bk mini 180. i know this wouldn't be enough to skim a 220 gallon tank but i also have an extra rs 135. could i use the 2 in unison or is that just to weird lol
