I use
http://216.187.96.54/modules/Active_Topics/index.php as home page, with the System Messages and Featured Photo blocks reduced along with Latest Polls.
What's seemed to have started after I noticed an upgrade (profile page changes) is if I refresh the page with the Home icon on the brower (Firefox) the Polls block expands. Not the end of the world but a little annoying (same as the advertising (Notices) block that comes up after I've logged off).
Wondering what I can do?
