We are willing to use our volume mussel to insure our customers are not hassled. They wont risk loosing our account over something like this. They don't know that there is very little chance that we would leave them but the fed Ex rep stops over once a month give us donuts and try to get is to switch : )

We just did this for a customer who's rock was a day late . It took a few weeks to get it but they refunded us the $50+ he paid in shipping and we gave it to him soon after.
