Default Blue Side Wrasse?(Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura)
Boss turned down the Powder Blue but liked the Blue Side (or Ruby Head) Wrasse.

Seems the fish is good for a reef but wondering about adding it to a tank with a 6-Line?
