I recently ordered some 250W bulbs from a guy on e-bay and have been really happy with them. I'm in the process of setting up a new nano and now I have ordered 2 x 70W bulbs from the same guy. The link is:

The color has been good on the 14k 250's and the shipping was fast and well packaged. He also marked "gift" on the package so no duty (I didn't ask him to).
