If someone local can drill your tank & cut you some small pieces of glass, why don't you DIY the overflow. I had my 65g drilled by Chin Lee, bought the pieces of glass (8" by 4", 8" by 6" & 6" by 4") from Candu Glass in North Burnaby for $10, & siliconed it in myself. Including the bulkhead, & fittings, it was well under $50 to get it plumbed into the sump with PVC piping. Of course the return line & pump is additional, but to get your tank to Reef-ready state, it should be very economical to do it yourself. Also, no grooves are needed on the overflow edge because it's actually quieter with a flat overflow.
