Sort of. For practical purposes this is "correct enough" these days, but if you "really" want to get all geeky, SLR meaning single-lens-reflex refers only to the fact that the lens is used both for capturing the image as well as the viewfinder (as opposed to having a secondary optic for the viewfinder), and doesn't really refer to the lenses being modular and exchangeable. Although people seem to use the term to refer to that style of camera these days. But there you have it, a little piece of trivia you can use to impress your friends with.
