Man, this guy bought both the CS-2 and Model 1 from me. But he claimed that products were DOA and I called long distance to the guy from West Edmonton Mall as soon as I found out and arranged to ship UPS Express replacement items. After that event, I knew better, which is to have the customer to send the item back to me for warranty repairs, unless of course it's a minor thing.

He is banned from Reefs.org, but I didn't want to say that Kirits is the only one that was ever flamed. [img]smile.gif[/img]
I did have a run in with him at Reef Central not too long ago though. I guess he's still allowed there. I was told to cut it out though and did. He was b*tching about a product and I was b*tching about him. ;)
