For those of you in Calgary with tangs, grape caulerpa is like having a medium rare Alberta range-fed T-Bone steak with a side of potatoes. Mmmmmmmmmm....... steak (droool, droool)
(of course many of you already know this but for the newbies....)
I give a big hand full to my tangs at least once a week & they chow it down.
