Try this if you don't have a tripod: Hold the camera lense right up to the glass and brace your arm against something (I usually reverse the chair im sitting on and use the backrest). Turn off the flash and snap the shot.

You should get a better color rendition on that coral and have an easier time getting rid of it.


Edit:... Also, doing that all with the coral underwater would be a good idea, ahha.
