I second this question... why worry about it? You will not really notice a increase in speed. If speed is what you are after, add more memory.. Windows is a memory hog, and if you think your HD is fraged, you should see your memory after Windows runs for a few days!

Also, if you did manage to get it completely defraged, as soon as you add more mp3's, you will be back to where you were...
