Sorry Marc, pictures are gone again. You've put them on a FTP site....you need to move them to the web area.
You probably just need to modify the link you added. It should read like this...
http://members.shaw.ca/forpictures/somepic.jpg
instead of
ftp://forpictures:pictures@publish.shaw.ca/somepic.jpg
