Default Shipping from US

Hello Darren, and all:

You don't have to pay brokerage fees for all UPS services other than UPS Ground or UPS Standard. For the latter two, you don't have to pay brokerage fees even you have them to ship up to Canada (not your home though). The procedure is simple:

1) Call UPS up and warn them prior to package been cleared (try to do this as soon as you get the tracking number)
2) When the package arrived to UPS warehouse, they will call you for custom clearance and pickup
3) Goto the UPS office in the airport and pickup the paperwork
4) Bring these paperwork to the Canada Customs (also at the airport closeby), have the people there to help you clear the package and pay for it. After you've paid for it, they will stamp the paperwork
5) Bring the stamped paperwork back to UPS' other office (across the first office you went to) to pick up the parcels
