I must finally part with my 110 x-tall reef setup. I managed to keep it going during repairs to the house after massive tree-fall damage back 2 years ago but never really did anything more with it.
However, I recently welcomed a baby this summer and I've scaled down to a RSM130 that I modded myself.
Either the livestock/liverock has to go first or the system has to go as a whole. The only thing I'm keeping from the setup is the powerheads.
Looking for $400 for the live rock + livestock and $400 for the tank + gear.
LIVESTOCK/LIVEROCK
Live Rock 150lbs+ I counted around 15 large rocks, majority weigh enough to need two hands
-Blue-green Chromis
-Rose Bubble-tip anemone
-Large sinularia colony
-Devil's Hand
-Other random corals that are still hidden in the crevices
-Some nuisance algae although I've scrubbed it pretty good
EQUIPMENT
Tank dimensions: 48"L x 18"W x 31"H
-Centre drilled overflow w/gate valve
-2 drilled loc-line returns
Note: I would recommend replacing the top brace or making it a euro, I didn't notice that whoever installed the overflow had trimmed the centre until I had filled the tank. It's been fine for 5 years though. The stand requires the plumbing to be cut to get the tank off, you could either reconnect with a small PVC sleeve or just re-do however you want.
Stand: 51"L x 26"W x 39"H
Has electrical outlets built in but they're pretty beat up and I'd recommend either replacing or just using GFCI + power bar.
Sump (3-segment): 36.5"L x 18.5"W x 17.5"H
Great shape, no issues

-2x AI SOL Black & Controller (w/custom ModularLED steel brackets)
-Vertex IN180 skimmer (~25" tall, works but doesn't usually start on its own, you have to choke the pump inlet with your finger for a second then it runs great.)
-300W Heater
-Eheim Compact+ 5000 660-1320gph return pump
-TLF media reactor
-Box of extra plumbing, fittings, 7" filter sock holder, wavebox hardware, etc. lots of stuff not pictured.
Reasonable offers will be entertained.
