+1 - Same here... I made the last batch that wasn't chopped fine enough, I ground it in my meat grinder frozen and it's nice and easy to use as it's almost like a coarse sand and easy to break off.

I'm hoping the bio pellets work as I tried vodka before and was really not into the "routine"... I like the set it and forget ease of what the pellets can promise...
