do you have a powerhead pointing at the sand? if so, adjust it so it is not stirring the sandbed.

my tank was cloudy for about 4 days after i added the rock and began to cycle, it cleared up...

I just set up and cycled a 27gallon FOWLR tank

readings are as follows:

PH 8.2
Ammonia - 0
Nitirte - 0
Nitrate - 20
SG - 1.023
