That's a lot of volume to fill with vinegar and water. Best bet I think is to get in there with a razor blade and scrape it off.

I've never been able to have two types of clownfish in the same tank. Even in a 6' tank, the pair of true perculas would not tolerate the ocellaris- they would chase him down no matter where he went...
