I am running 50% intensity about 8" above the surface. I was up to 60% with monti frags and they all bleached and subsequently died, I think I had other issues tho. Gonna keep ramping...

Diluting vodka and/or vinegar could allow bacteria to grow in the dosing container, which would reduce the liquid carbon dose and defeat the purpose. Depends on how much you dilute tho.

On second thought, removing the rock is probably the best idea. All that coral dying would release a lot of organics, and potentially toxins, into the water.

Again, it's not necessarily that it's a problem to have...
