its leaking from the bottom of the tank onto the sump the output is not in a over flow, runs through a one way valve so water can only go out ,

so tightening it might be hard to reach from where...

Heard great things about radion just didn't know I could get 2 for under 1000 , honestly I loved the blue from the Phoenix bulbs so closer to the 14k, pretty much what ever people get better results...
