I am by no means an expert with sps and hard coral but my understanding is you can break off individual leaves which will in turn grow out themselves.

I used E-6000 glue available at Michael’s arts and crafts store when I did the baffles in my sump acrylic baffles to glass and still holding strong 7 yrs on. Just follow the instructions

If your wondering at tank size I'd recommend 80-100 gallons as it would be big enough for most mid sized fish and you can stock it...
