Fingerprint looking stuff on inside of glass

I have this strange fingerprint looking stuff, at first I thought it was snail eggs but they have been there for a month and they are spreading, my flipper does not take them off with the fuzzy side...

I have a DCS9000 plumbed into a single 1" return... it does come with an adapter for 3/4" but I wouldn't go with a single 3/4"... I only run mine at 60%
