Thanks again folks, and Stephane wall mart sells those NO fluorescent fixtures for $11 and you can run them with one or two tubes. I have a bunch of them if anyone in the vancouver area needs one.

I would say their rock is good, similar to what I usually get from my LFS. I think they are good folk and if you tell them you don't want two big chunks but would rather some smaller more open peices...
