Yeah, he looks like an Acro crab to me too. Probably Trapezia sp. Sometimes they will damage the flesh of the Acro in the immediate area that they habitate, but they are pretty cool to just let be....

ATO systems are usually run in sumps where the light doesn't hit them. If you use it directly in the tank you run the risk of algae and crud gumming up and causing grief.
