CBB worked for me. Fixed my aiptasia problem and as bonus he ate all the feather dusters. Did not touch any corals (I keep SPS). He's allways looking for food and a nice fish to have.

Yes I did. They work and they take the guess part out. You still have to buy reagents, wich are comparable as price with medium to high end test kits. You have to clean the heck out of the test...

I don't use GFO anymore. Bio pellets, vodka and sugar dosing (Yes I use pellets and vodka) works for me. I keep my phosphate level 0.02-0.06 ppm and nitrate level not detectable by the test kit.

Sugar, vodka, vinegar or a mixture of them all work. When I first started dosing carbon, I did it with vodka. It didn't work right for me, I got lots of red slime so I switched to sugar and it worked...
