centiped looking worm good or bad?
just wandering if these centiped looking worms are good or bad? i got a bunch of rock from this gut and they are covered in these worms, just wandering what to do before i add the rock to my tank.

i currently run vho and was wandering what if any corals i can keep? or do i need to run mh with atinics? i currently have a few mushrooms but mostly have been fish only and would like to start...
