Just to clarify, IMHO, I don't recommend VHOs because a Iwasaki setup costs about the same. At least with Iwasaki, you know that you have enough light -- VHOs are very setup and reflector...

Yupe, only Iwasaki or Metal Vapour lamps.
The Iwasaki type R (with the EYE ballast) produce light closer to 10000K. So, actinic supplement may not be necessary. Just a thought.

RTN = Rapid Tissue Necrosis
It is similar to LPS tissue loss when it is stressed. The only problem is that RTN can happen over very quickly...in my case, within 12 hours.
