100 Micron Filter Socks
have some 4"x14" 100 micron filter socks for sale. Perfect for you sump! Made from from polyester felt with a 4" plastic ring on the inlet. I use these on my reef tank and rinse them out every 4 days...

Evaporation
How much water evaporates from you reef tanks? I am losing about 4 liters a day! I have 2x 250 watt MH on a 90 gallon.
