i'm setting up a 160 g right now and may have some extra base left , a while back i got mine from ocean aquatics for 1-2$/lb , it was wet though ,
but i did score a nice 25lb...

i did a search and couldn't find what i needed
any way
what i want to know is when i set up a sump how much water per hour should go through the sump the turn over rate on the tank...
