I also prefer Elos for calcium (and alkalinity) over Salifert. I really like the API nitrate kit for tanks with over 5 ppm nitrate, like fish only tanks.

Do you have LPS? Many LPS are too fleshy for flow that strong and will retract and eventually recede. LPS like to jostle in the flow, not get stretched/blown sideways by the flow.
