Yes the LEDs are capeable of 6W each but that would be running them at full capacity most-likely 1A or 1.5A.

That 96w driver is comparable to the specs you quoted. Perhaps are there two drivers...

Yea you would need to know the current that they require. It may be more than 700mA. I think you would need to contact the manufacturer for that or look at the existing driver for current information.
