yeah..I don't think any acclinmation method can completely avoid aggression among fish. But at least for the divider/acclimation box methods, the new fish has a chance to adapt to the new environment...

From the shape of its mouth, it's a tang, not an (lemonpeel) angel. A lot of juv. tangs can mimic an angel. Hard to tell what kind of tang it is until it has its adult color and shape.
