I want to be able to keep everything "fishy" under the tank, including an area for electrical. As the tank is 6ft I figure a 3ft sump would suffice and still give me enough room otherwise. ...

Installing the Floor
I couldn't rip up the old floor due to the asbestos. Since I had a sub floor in place I wanted to nail the new floor instead of float. Without going to a true engineered wood I found a bamboo floor...
