This was poor coral placement on my part. I had no ideal how fast the orange monti was going to spread. They will be touching in a few days . My question is are these guys going to fight? I know some monti will grow togeather without killing each other.

You'll probably just have to wait and find out. My guess will be that they'll battle it out. It'll only be a border dispute though, I don't imagine one will wipe out the other. What I do in these cases is, when they eventually start going at it, to use a syringe with some hot water and make a DMZ between them. They won't kill each other and they'll keep owing in other directions.

Might not be an issue...

The orange and blue base looks more like a cypaestrea than a monti, it may lost the battle to the green monti....

I guess I will just have to wait and see :) I do like the idea DMZ .
