FS 2 Ecotech Radions (Red Deer)
 

I am selling 2 Generation 1 Ecotech Radions with TIR Lenses installed (making them equivalent to Generation 2's) with 2 hanging kits (brand new in box). Asking $850 FIRM for everything. Located in Red Deer but will ship for extra. Excellent condition, no problems with them...only selling because I have 8 of them and are only using 6.

Is the radion brand new or has it been used? And what is the difference between gen 1 and 2?

It's about 6 months old in mint condition
The oly difference is the gen 2's are more intense

The difference between Gen 1 and 2 is more than just the TIR lens.

I believe they have also implemented a better fan, which may be in place with the newer G1's as well.

I have both G1's and G2's in different tanks, and can tell you the G2's are much better for SPS. For some reason, SPS colors up much better with the G2's. I now use the G1's only for softies and LPS, and they are fine for that.
