Dascyllus trimaculatus (3 dot domino)

Hey everyone,
so i picked up a couple of these guys a few weeks back. around 1.25 inch in size. just wondering if anyone has successfully kept these guys until fully grown, without having them go kamikaze on everyone else in the tank.
so far its going great in my tank. no aggression at all. 125 gallon 6 footer.

stock list
yellow tang
purple tang
3 clowns
coral goby
African hippo
and the two damsels

so far no aggression towards any other fish. just occasionally nip each other.
let me know your experiances with these guys
thanks

ps i also have read that keeping these guys fed like anthias greatly reduces aggression???

OMG!!!! An african hippo in a 6 foot tank!! Don't you know that hippo's kill more people in africa than any other animal????!!!!???

....Those fish should be just fine, just watch for aggression as they are known for it. I know a few people that have kept them to a very large size (myself included). But i'd be worried about that Hippo taking them out.

:twised:

Hippo's make HUGE mess too... Have you seen how they mark their territory???
I don't know if anything short of a swimming pool sump full of live rock could handle it...

Anyway to give an actual opinion, I'd think the 2 damsels would be fine in a tank that large.
May setup a "no go" zone for themselves. I've kept one in a 20 gallon before I upgraded for years and didn't bother any of the other fish aside from posturing.
