I'm just getting my feet wet with SPS, and I heard alot of good things about Roids, where can I find it in Edmonton:biggrin:?

If your just starting with SPS, the the most important thing look at is stable parameters and low nutrients. Once you get those rock solid, then maybe look into whether or not you want to supplement with coral food. Adding extra food to water that isn't already ideal for SPS is not going to give you any benefit.

Thanks for the suggestion! :biggrin:I'm tracking the water parameters every night now and I have been keeping salt water tank for over 2 and half years :)
