The right kind of customer service!
 

I recently placed an order with J&L where they accidentally shipped the product to my old address on their files rather than the current address. I let them know as soon as I saw that there was going to be a problem and they got back to me right away and re-issued my order to the right address.

I have to say that this is the kind of service that I've come to really appreciate from J&L and I plan to continue to give them my business!:biggrin:

I quite agree. Always had the best service from these guys.

Haha...aren't you the curious one...I got plumbing parts in order to keep working on my build. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find 1 1/2" strainers in the Okanagan.
