What fish are active swimmers?

I want to add some colorful fish active swimmer fish into my 30 gallon biocube aquarium. Because of my size of aquarium I'm limited so no tangs/triggers etc...I have had a few fish but half of them seems to hid in the caves of the rocks. I want to add reef safe active swimmer colorful fish into my aquarium, any suggestions?

I forgot to mention I have two clowns, prawn goby and a jawfish and i'm looking to add 1-2 more fish to the tank

Some of the fairy or flasher wrasses might work well in a tank that size. They can be quite colorful.

Individual anthias, depending on the exact specis, can also work. Beware of wrasses if your tank is not covered. They're jumpers.

Midas blennies are super awesome and love to swim with other fish.

Midas Blennys can be pretty aggressive and in a tank that small I would add with caution.

+1 a small fairy or flasher wrasse would also be my choice.

 me too I guess, I have 9 in mine. Some of mine that stay smaller are Lubbock's fairy, Royal flasher, Longfin fairy. I used to have a stunning red tail flasher.
