Great Service from Aqua Digital
 

I have a BM NAC7 skimmer that had a motor develop an electrical problem (it would overheat, shutdown then restart after it cooled). When I contacted Michael at Aqua Digital about what the warranty period was on the pump he informed me that I was over the period by a few months. However, he then proceeded to tell me that he looks after his customers and contacted BM directely and had them mail me a brand new pump. He never even asked me to send him a copy of the receipt and the shipping direct from China was prepaid as well. I really appreciated that he just assumed that I was an honest person and not just someone out to scam a free pump. So I just wanted to pass this along to others and give kudos to a great Canreef sponsor!:biggrin:
