WorkHorse Ballasts??

:confused: Where can I buy some workhorse ballasts, I think I want a WH 5, in Calgary. Not for me at this point, unfortunately, but I'm helping a buddy set up a nano, and I get his old ballasts if I help him retro in new ones.
