I think the biggest threat to the nudibranchs would be your pump. They often get stuck on a pump and even if I had nets over my pump, they would get stuck there unable to get away until I would remove them from there. They just like to float around and pumps kill them very fast.
They are toxic so I very much doubt a fish would attack them. They can release a cloud of black ink as protection. I saw it once when a nudi fell on a rock flower anemone and released this black stuff. It did not affect anyting in my tank though.
I had 2 died in my tank because they only live for 3 months, but that really took care of my flatworm problem.

I am just trying to get rid of a flatworm problem but I have a big maroon pair. Will they leave the nudi alone? Thanks and a great forum, i'm glad I found it
