best place to buy leds in Canada

I'm looking to buy some 3w leds for a fixture i want to build and was wondering if there's a good place to buy 3w leds in Canada?
I know modular leds has some but i'd like separate leds since it's less expensive.
Thanks

After you price up everything the modular LED's ends up only being less than 50 cents more per LED, and for that soldering isn't worth it in my opinion. That's what I figured in the end.

Well i looked at the modular leds web site but i want to get single leds and don't mind soldering :) Cree XP-E and XP-G leds are around $4 now. So it's 1$ more per led. And you need all the connectors. They are sweet but just too expensive for what i want to do right now. Also they don't have to be cree leds. It's for a QT tank. Anyone?

how many LED's are you using that it will make that immense of a difference

Probably 24.

I would forfeit the $24 difference if its only $1 more per bulb. IMO thats is insignificant in the grand sceme of things.
