Anyone know the member EAG?

I sent payment for one of his items he was selling over 2 weeks ago, immediately after payment was accepted he stopped communicating with me. It would appear I've been ripped off. Any help would be appreciated.

How did you pay? If it was Paypal, you may have help.

nah EMT, so not much I can do. Not enough money to make it worth while anyway. I would have insisted on paypal if I noticed he was a new member but for some reason I thought I recognized the username, didn't even notice his post count. Was just hoping someone might know him or have a phone number.

You can report it to police, it is easy to track him down who had received your money through EMT. He may change to another user name in the future and rip off somebody else again.

If you did EMT, you have his email address right? Send it to me, I'm pretty good at tracking people down. I had a guy on Nanoreef try to scam me and I had his address and talked to his neighbour on the phone in an hour. And he lived in Ohio!

I'd like to open communication with the guy before involving police. The amount of money involved is so small just doesn't make sense why someone would take such a risk.

Just heard back from him.... Decided to give him a few weeks, sounds like he's having a hard time.
