Elbi angel

bought one yesterday and while it is eating mysis, brine and even pellets
i still see it nipping at my acans/zoas
any advice on what i can do about this situation ?

Usually once they develop a taste its too late, I had luck once with a frozen food specifically for angels. I don't know if you can even get hykari anymore, might come down to what you like more the angel or the zoas/acans.

If possible if you have any of the crates that strawberries come in you can clean them and put them over the coral, will still allow light but protect from nipping and then the angel may forget about the corals.

That's too bad, they're a nice fish. Looks like you're going to have to trap it if it keeps the nipping up. My Eibli only seems to go for clove polyps. It loves them to death... suits me fine.
