Unplanned outage 21 Jun 2011
 

Hello,

There has been an unplanned outage on the site on 21 Jun 11. Fortunate that I noticed it before going to bed and brought it back up and also contacted the hosting company about it.

While doing some investigation it went down again. Turned out it was due to a faulty power supply on one of the racks on which the primary box is running on. Service should be back to normal now.

First Failure
Site went down at Tue Jun 21 01:13:38 PST.
Service restored at about Tue Jun 21 08:35:00 PDT 2011

Second Failure
Went down again at Tue Jun 21 10:31 PST.
Service restored at Tue Jun 21 11:00 PST.
