Scratches in glass aquarium

Hey everyone,

I just bought a used tank and I noticed a bunch of small scratches in it, they are hardly able to be felt. They are all very small and just look like they are from cleaning. Are these going to affect the strength of the tank, or are they just cosmetic.

Cosmetic and could be polished out by hand with a system I found on the net.

read that if you can feel them, you're wasting your time trying to buff them out.
