like the title says, something suitable for a 50g tank with enough jam to it that i shouldn't need power heads. Thank you :)

You shouldn't be relying on your return pump for all of your tank circulation. Depending on your configuration, 10X turnover through the sump may be a suitable target. If you wanted more flow than that, increasing the size of the return pump would not be my recommendation.
