Maybe they shouldn't have caught him in the first place and let him roam the wild so as we don't deplete their population. That is the biggest disapointment about being a human, we think everything belongs to us

Not to pass judgement on you specifically, but on this board, ALL of us have stuff that comes from our oceans. Sometimes makes me wonder how much of a hypocrite I am when I, too, want to take good care of the world and the creatures that live in it yet am the consumer of animals that would certainly be better left in their home environments :confused:

that is why I only put stuff in my tanks that have been captive bred and raised. My clownfish and all of my corals have been from other tanks, not the ocean. I am sure way back in their lineage they are from the ocean, but I try my best not to rape the reefs around the world.
In saying that though I do have a few things in my tanks that were from the ocean, like the rock and my tang.
I was merely saying in the last post that it was a shame that mankind has this preconception that everything belongs to them.
If it causes a heated debate, then so be it. I am sure everybody would love to put forward their argument for or against. I was just saying my 2 cents
