Reef Perfection (On-line retailer)

Has anyone ordered from this retailer?

Just looking for feed back before placing an order.

Thanks

Yes. Out of stock. As are the power heads I went ahead and ordered only to realize AFTER that they are out of stock. I hope they call me before shipping the $6 Prime as I don't want to pay $8 shipping for a $6 item ha ha ha!

Ian's been a long established pickup/online store around the Ontario side of the country, however he has not been very active in advertising or marketing the past year - probably due to the economy. But most people that dealt with him before had pretty happy experiences.

I have bought from them, I got a GEO Kalk reactor which was backordered but he got it in for me, also was going to get an Octo Skimmer but not in stock at the time, he allowed me to cancel the orders if something wasnt in stock, no problems when I did it.

So Far So Good

Well so far it seems ok. I placed an order for 2 power heads last night. Once I did I realized there was none in stock (how I missed this I dont know!).

Ian emailed me first thing in the morning about this and advised he had only one in stock and could ship today if I want it.

I called him about the product and then asked questions about a model down and he seemed easy to deal with and willing to help out.

I ended up ordering a Koralia 3 ( I wanted 2 of them) and a Koralia 2.

He said that it should be fine for a 70 gallon tank.

Lets hope so!
