free to good home...a question
 

I completely understand why the for sale/trade section has to be reef related...but would it be dificult to have a free to good home section for things that are not reef related?

IEvery now and again I have some things that are quite usable ... and still worth money, but I just want them out of the way. I have been giving them away at the calgary jeep bulletin board...

Do you ever think there would be a section to do that somewhere here?

I agree it would be nice to buy and sell non-reef related things to people we know from this community. If we do, it should be a separate forum like - "Buy and Sell - Misc."

In the past I've just used the Lounge, although if enough of us start trying to sell used computers or couches on here a specific forum may be in order.

I think for the time being the lounge makes sense

I have a bunch of old used stuff that I can't be bothered to get rid of, including

A 1986 Rocky Mountain "Fusion" mountain bike
A CD player with 5-disc changer
A wood-burning stove
A small printer
An Ansel Adams framed print "Yosemite"

Anyway if anyone wants to trade me a tank/stand for any of this stuff if they are coming anywhere near here let me know.
